Alabama's Mountains Rivers-Valleys Resource Conservation Development Council (AMRV RC&D) is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to the sustainable development and well-being of communities in the Tennessee Valley region. With over 45 years of experience, AMRV RC&D has successfully completed more than 500 projects, benefiting member counties by bringing in over nine million dollars in funding.
