Recently it presented brand new menu with a brilliant and innovative idea behind. Freshness - is the keyword for the cuisine of Antonio Fresa, utterly talented aspiring chef, who creates his own twist to the favourite dishes from all over the world and paying tribute to his Italian roots. Fresh look to the well-known dishes. Fresh herbs planted with organic seeds and grown by the restaurant team in the very dining area in front of the guests. Fresh approach to wine list, based on natural and biodynamic wines Short and carefully designed menu consists of 2 independent yet well combined parts. Tapas Menu of elegant bites, perfectly paired with wines, that feature food from almost every continent: from Mexican Tacos to Italian Piadina and Japanese Nori. For a more substantial meal guests are offered main menu showing the same geographical diversity of cuisine as seen through chef’s eyes: pastrami, signature Vitello, salmon ceviche, Tuscan classic Stufato Sangiovannese, oyster risotto, oats with ricotta and pickled onions, perfectly-balanced desserts, playing with the taste spectrum: from heaven-like light apple dessert to powerful deconstructed versions of traditional Carrot cake and Snickers. To match broad-range menu and ‘green’ concept the wine list presents wines not only from different regions, but with special focus on biodynamic and organic wine-production. Refreshed restaurant interior features open kitchen and large hydroponic system, which allows to grow over 20 herbs that are used in every dish. Seasonal dishes and new entries on the menu are regular.
