Birchwood Court Residential Care Home provides care and support for up to 43 older people in welcoming surroundings. The home caters for people who have lifelong conditions, those who are recovering from an injury or illness and those who are living with dementia. Situated in the heart of a local community, the home creates a peaceful, welcoming and homely atmosphere for residents to enjoy and relax in.

We're proud to launch A Lifetime of Flavours, a heartfelt celebration of food, family, and the incredible lives behind the dishes. This beautifully curated cookbook features over 40 cherished recipes from Sanctuary Care residents across the UK. This isn't just a recipe collection, it's a part of how we bring to life our Enriching Lives Framework, which is based on research into what truly matters as we age. At the heart of this book is one of our 'Six Senses'; the Sense of Continuity. We believe in empowering those in our care to sustain their passions, identities and routines - such as cooking!
