Polyglotte is a "concept-shop" mixing a casual cosy "hyggelig" lunch-restaurant with a deli evolving around tea time and edible food accessories (mustards, vinegars, oils etc) in gift-format. The menu in Polyglotte changes every day, with recipes inspired from all over the world, all fresh and home-made by "la patronne" Danish Anne Charlotte.
