Depuis 2009, GRANHOTA fait revivre le vinaigre artisanal en terre viticole. Laurent Faure sélectionne des vins et raisins du Languedoc en fonction de leur structure aromatique et organoleptique. Il crée des vinaigres balsamiques en suivant la noble recette italienne, et des vinaigres de vin aromatisés aux fruits ou aux épices. Une méthode ancestrale, en barriques, et sans aucun ajout de colorants, conservateurs, ou sulfites. Un procédé qui respecte le produit, la nature et qui n’aurait jamais dû être abandonné
