Family-run Italian cuisine with high quality fresh and seasonal produce. Our menu changes regularly. Our pizzas are made with old and organic T65 wheat flour, selected by Emmanuel Pivan, from the Moulin de Champcors in Bruz, sourdough and a 48h sprout. Our fresh pasta is made by us with organic durum semolina from the same mill. Large selection of organic, biodynamic and natural Italian wines.
