After many years of working abroad in Mexico, Canada, & the United States as an executive chef of high-end international hotels, our head chef-instructor, and your culinary guide, Chef Eric Fraudeau returned to his native France. with a purpose to share his many years of expertise with fellow food lovers from around the world. This is what Cook’n with Class has become for him, a way to share his passion with the world where he and his team of expert chefs teach a full French cuisine culinary experience where students don’t only eat but they learn to cook delicious French recipes that are taken home.
