Valgejarve Nature Trail

The 1 km long track runs along the former riverbed of the Kloostri River, it has steep ascents and descents and requires courage and skills to master the vehicle from a driver. The track is narrow and there is no possibility of overtaking.Additional information: It IS a cross-country track (not a cross-country area), which means that a particular track and direction has been marked in the natural surroundings. The track is suitable for driving with ATVs, but it is prohibited to drive there with off-road vehicles due to the nature of the track.

Palivere is famous for its sand dunes and pine forests. Pikajalamagi or Pikajala Hill is the highest point in Laane County - 51 m - and home to a fortress whose construction began in the early part of the second millennium but was never completed. Around 11,000 years ago the sea lapped the foot of the hill. The old ski jumping tower on the hill is no longer in use, but it offers unbeatable views over the surrounding area.
