Welcome to the Black Eagle! Our chef Christian Brieske and the team welcome you with a "sharing" concept. We invite you to choose between a monthly changing 5-6 course menu and our Á la carte. The idea behind the concept is a combination of both: sharing and tasting. The specialties of the "TischLeinDeckDich" menu can be found in the middle of the table as well as on your own plates - excellent for promoting communication and experiencing many tastes through one visit. Our Á la carte invites you to share the wide selection of starters or to choose your own experience! The finest basic products are always the focus.
