Hotel-Restaurant Traube
More than fortyfive years ago senior Karlheinz Spring opened the doors of our Hotel-Restaurant "Traube". Since then we serve freshly prepared food without any kind of convenience products. We are famous for our "Maultaschen" (Swabian Ravioli filled with meat) we produce every week and the homemade potato salat, like grandmother did it. Our salads and our fish comes from the Lake Constance and will be served with wines from either there or local ones. Businessmen from all over the world visit us to try the traditional Swabian Cuisine and enjoy the familial atmosphere in our Restaurant.
