Swabian restaurant and wine bar, which specialises in regional wines and food (you also get some local beer). You will find a wide selection of rump steak / roast beef varieties, roast pork with homemade sauce, "Spätzle" (swabian noodles) and roast potatoes. With a lot of love and passion in 4th generation run by Martina Unrath, this restaurant is a pearl in terms of durability, regionality and its own very high quality standards (meat exclusively from local butchers and the Southern German region, roast beef from the heifer and not from the young bull). In the case of wines, the local self-marketer companies are currently focused on. The region captivates with its diversity, which means that everyone should find a delicious drop in terms of wine. The owner Martina Unrath is happy to stand here with her wine expertise and the appropriate recommendation for you or spoil you and your loved ones with a wine tasting indoors or outdoors.

More than fortyfive years ago senior Karlheinz Spring opened the doors of our Hotel-Restaurant "Traube". Since then we serve freshly prepared food without any kind of convenience products. We are famous for our "Maultaschen" (Swabian Ravioli filled with meat) we produce every week and the homemade potato salat, like grandmother did it. Our salads and our fish comes from the Lake Constance and will be served with wines from either there or local ones. Businessmen from all over the world visit us to try the traditional Swabian Cuisine and enjoy the familial atmosphere in our Restaurant.
