The tools to do that include the fascinating atmosphere of what is believed to be one of the most spectacular Baroque monuments in Central Europe, found in the mystical valley of the River Elbe. It is in this dreamy landscape where we want to go and meet life in its deepest form: return to the roots and take you back to pure flavours and essential ingredients. We are specialists in Czech cuisine with a modern twist and balanced form & emphasis on the craftsmanship. Our menu is built from seasonal food; a large part of our supplies is sourced from regional farmers. During the year, we hold theme-focused, tasting weekends dedicated to domestic & foreign cuisine and the celebration of holidays or key national traditions.
