We are specialists in Czech cuisine with a modern twist and balanced form & emphasis on the craftsmanship. Our menu is built from seasonal food; a large part of our supplies is sourced from regional farmers. During the year, we hold theme-focused, tasting weekends dedicated to domestic & foreign cuisine and the celebration of holidays or key national traditions.
