Cave Spring Vineyard is, without question, one of the Niagara Peninsula’s most awe-inspiring vineyard sites. In 2022, we opened the doors of our vineyard tasting room on Cave Spring Road, giving wine lovers a hands-on experience of CSV’s magnificence. Now you can take in the majesty of CSV, glass in hand, seven days a week! Enclosed by a sleek glass structure, the tasting room offers panoramic vistas of the vineyard set against the backdrop of the Niagara Escarpment. Wander upstairs and enjoy soaring views of Niagara wine country and Lake Ontario from our loft and balcony. Or step outside to bask in summer’s radiance on our spacious patio.
