The Keefer offers amenities such as an en-suite mini gym and cutting-edge technology seamlessly blend with specially commissioned original works of art and furniture. The Keefer is located on the edge of historic Chinatown and housed in a century-old building, originally constructed for use by the Vancouver Gas Company. After a startling transformation led by Vancouver’s Gair Williamson Architects, the building has been reborn with three full-floor, 2400 square foot suites, plus a showpiece penthouse that boasts a 2300 square foot rooftop patio complete with an outdoor kitchen and glass-bottomed swimming pool.
