The purpose of the Wyoming Pioneer Memorial Museum is to collect, preserve, interpret and display historical and cultural materials related to westward expansion, to Wyoming pioneers in particular and the west in general. Come enjoy: the teepee from the movie "Dances With Wolves", historic photographs, pioneer history, WY State Fair history, Native American artifacts, one room schoolhouse, early day bar pioneer living, Dr.'s buggy, historic cabin, wagons, stock detective Tom Horn's saddle, rifles; such as once belonged to Nate Champion.
