Good Samaritan Society – Fort Collins Village is nestled in the foothills of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Envision is the designated community centered board serving Weld County and is operated as a nonprofit organization and is governed by a volunteer board of directors representing the persons served, their families, and the citizens of Weld County. Envision provides services that assist children, adults, and families who have a person with a developmental delay or disability and is one of the largest human services organizations in Northern Colorado. Envision's mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities in Weld County. Envision assists about 1000 Weld County residents and their families annually and strives to meet the needs of each individual, regardless of age or developmental disability.

Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne began in 1970; delivering meals prepared by a local restaurant. Later in the year, the program moved to St. Paul's Lutheran church, hiring staff and working to increase the number of clients served each day. In 1992, the program moved to its current location at 2015 S Greeley Hwy, and in 2020 a kitchen remodel was completed allowing for the future growth of the program.
