To the Branch Manager (aka rude, "want to be know it all" but actually unintelligible person) It seems like this branch is due for a very in depth training , in protocols and customer service....

Customer service is seriously lacking at the branch. DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!! It doesn't cost anything to be kind and helpful which is what this branch doesn't have.
