Absolutely deplorable. They are never open when they say they're open. It's extremely inconvenient and shouldn't be allowed. Some people are getting important packages and mail that they don't...

How do you post full open hours from 7:30-4:30 but then say only open 2-4. It really just compounds the problem as you have everyone trying to get packages in a 2 hour window vs 8 hour window..

This place will kidnap your package and hold it for a week with the reasoning that they are shortstaffed and cannot sort out packages, most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, avoid at all cost.
