We also offer physical exams, industrial medicine exams, employment screening and urine, hair, and alcohol testing. x-rays and limited lab tests performed on site Primary health care for adults and children. Minor emergency care, lacerations, sprains, infections, non-displaced fractures, etc. Located across from Smith's Pharmacy (enter from rear of our parking lot) We bill most major insurance. PPO for BXBS, United Health Care, Altius, Wise Visa and Mastercard accepted
