The worst Tesla Charging location, always blocked by some ICE vehicles, while 2 spores are supposed to be reserved for Teslas.. it is not enforced

Fairly good location but surprised to see 3 ICE vehicles parked in charging spots especially considering these chargers are located in a Whole Foods parking lot. Not a good look for Whole Foods......
