Their administration is the worst. The nursing staff is great even though they are understaffed and under paid. It took 4 emails and a call to get a refund because the administrator didn't check...

This is not the place for a patient with dementia. The staff was not able to deal with dementia and we had several incidents a week. When we asked what happened no one ever saw or heard anything....
