The South Cheyenne Water & Sewer District, established in February 1960, is the largest water and sewer special district in Wyoming, serving approximately 10,000 residents. Not having the money to pay the bill really stinks! However they have always worked with me. As far as utilities go does anyone really like to pay them, that being said I would rather be dealing...

Created in 1937, the North Colorado Water Conservation District (NCWCD) is a public agency, which provides water for agricultural, municipal, domestic and industrial uses in northeastern Colorado. Based in Berthoud, Colo., its service area encompasses 1.6 million acres in portions of Boulder, Larimer, Weld, Broomfield, Morgan, Logan, Washington and Sedgwick counties.
