Our PASSION for low and slow real deal BBQ started about 16 years ago. We cooked a brisket and one other meat almost every weekend! Trying every method known. Found the perfect combo to juicy tender brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and chicken. With our own formulated rubs and sauces. Add our delicious sides and we hope to not just to serve you a plate of food, but an experience. I started with huge parties, weddings, ect. After years of this I gave up my career and now can serve my passion to our customers as much as possible. Please join us for good eats and good times at Smoked N Tender food trailer!

Super tender brisket with a great BBQ sauce! I really appreciated the owner(?) Happily serving me brisket sans bun, etc. Just meat - with a fork - cause you don't need a knife!

Great food! And people. Very friendly environment. Enjoyed every bit of it (; There brisket is tender, and there Mac N Cheese is my absolute favorite.
