Not bad, yeah it's run down yeah there's people that live there. Like they say you get what you pay for, it's the cheapest hotel in the area. If you are expecting a Hilton experence then get on 80...

WARNING: I had money stolen out of my room. DO NOT allow room service unless you are in the room. The only people that had access to my room was room cleaners, one of them went thru my travel...

Worst hotel I've stayed at...run down...non smoking rooms smell like smoke...one room that was sold to us was occupied by squatters...last resort hotel...not recommend

This is a place that houses families that are nearly homeless. Spend a little more and get booked in a clean place.
