The staff at the downtown Carnegie library are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The best library in Sweetwater County by far.

Well, I'm a white female visiting from Texas (see previous review). The library staff wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly. No one in this town is friendly. Why would they be, it's Rock Springs....
