Zero stars. Buggers on the wall. Hair plugging the shower drain. Hair all over the shower. Mold/slime all round the sink. Ketchup splattered on the wall. Air conditioner only blows warm air....

Looks nice upon walking in. Our 1st room was not cleaned beds not made and trash still around. No biggie got that changed but the 2nd room had a cracked tub with mold growing, not just the corners...
