Pitchfork Fondue first setup their western outdoor cookout in the mid-1990's on a working cattle ranch just outside Jackson Hole, then found a permanent home in the spring of 2000 in Pinedale, Wyoming. When the weather gets warm, this is the place where travelers come from far and near to enjoy traditional cowboy cooking over a wood fire , along with stunning views of the Wind River Mountains.

What a unique place to come eat. It's outside next to a rodeo arena and it's barbecue with steak, trout or chicken and they have salads, baked potato, fruit, a dessert and then rolls with bison...

Cool place in pinedale, but it was way over priced and everything is fried! Very greasy. Not a fan of that and I wouldn't go back.

I love this place as I'm coming back this weekend with my wife. It is an experience that you will always remember. The food is delicious!
