Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery and Café remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. I love coming here for breakfast when I'm in the Jackson area. It's adorable and has some great breakfast options. Pricey, though. The kouignamann is my favorite pastry and they do have it here...
