Good food, fair prices. We had breakfast there two days in a row. The waitresses took good care of us and the ambiance was good. Nothing really outstanding but very clean with good food.

We live Perkins and always look for these restaurants when traveling. Food is always good and restaurant is alway clean. Wish we had a perkins restaurant closer to us in North Texas
