Adopted out my bloodhound as stray even though they knew I was in jail. 11 days. What happened to Owner in Jail 30 day hold? Not cool. Plus one of my dogs that I did get back had Kennel Cough....

Honestly would rate zero. The staff is rude and stand off-ish. They are very unprofessional and come off as being on a power trip. Customer service needs work and not smugness.
