Horrible. In all ways. Girl working at the window was covered in cat hair really!!!!! Tried to hand us our orange juice leaking everywhere. Had to ask her to please clean it. Bagels had one...

It wasn't particularly busy when I came. Service was lacking to say the least. Toilets don't seem to get cleaned. Soda was warm and flat. They got my order wrong and stale, but I didn't bother...
