The Masonic Service Association of North America was founded in 1919 by Grand Masters gathering in Cedar Rapids to provide services to Grand Lodges that they could not easily perform individually, with a goal to aid military servicemen near the end of World War I.
Since then, MSA has become a recognized and credible Masonic group in North America, trusted by all Grand Lodges to forward aid around the world when disaster strikes, offering programs such as disaster relief, hospital visitation, education, and information dissemination about Freemasonry.
