While walking the Martin’s Cove trail, you will see several monuments and sculptures commemorating the rescue of the Martin, Hodgetts, and Hunt companies. In 1992, President Gordon B. Hinckley dedicated the Martin’s Cove Monument as a memorial to those who suffered and died in the cove.
