Dr. Jasper J. Chen, MD is a dedicated psychiatrist based in Cheyenne, WY, with a strong background in academia and a passion for improving psychiatric care. His professional interests lie in quality improvement methodologies and the development of clinical care pathways for vulnerable patient populations.
