Had managed to lock the keys to the rental car in the car (which was conveniently located in the garage!)...oh, and on a weekend, no less! Jim was quick to respond to my 9-1-1 call!...

Zero stars. I live in the area, and this place charged a $75 "service call" fee (which they did not advise of up front) to come out, for a pre-scheduled, non-emergency call, to simply rekey two...
