History

My first massage practice was originally located above Alpenglow Natural Foods located in Casper, Wyoming. I then moved to Santa Cruz, California where I established a massage practice focusing on working with breast cancer patients and survivors. I have practiced in Chiropractors offices, spas and working for myself all over the country ever since and am now back home in Casper, Wyoming to serve our thriving community.

I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Insured member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue and On-Location Chair massage as well online scheduling, payments and online gift certificate purchases. My massage style is centered around affecting positive change in your body, mental state and overall quality of life. If change is the only constant we can count on, then we must continually renew ourselves by finding ways to heal and adapt from the stresses and emotions our body, mind and souls take on every day. I provide massage therapy that get's results whether it be for stress/pain management or to feel relaxed and rejuvenated, by increasing circulation, calming the nervous system and providing your spirit the space to rest and heal through effective massage techniques.
