Barb's Billing Service

Barb's Billing Service is a collaborative installation art studio based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Led by installation artist Carolyn Healy and sound/video artist John JH Phillips, the studio specializes in creating large site-specific installations, often incorporating found materials and recycled objects. Their projects have been showcased in museums, galleries, theaters, and alternative sites both nationally and internationally.

With a focus on interdisciplinary art, Carolyn Healy and John JH Phillips have received numerous grants and fellowships for their innovative work, including support from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Pollock-Krasner Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts. Their collaborative installations have been featured in notable venues such as the Eastern State Penitentiary, LaMaMa and Symphony Space in NYC, and the Wheaton Arts glass museum in New Jersey.
