Chris came out to look at my furnace. He didn't fix anything and was on the phone with someone the entire time. I was asked to pay a large bill for not fixing anything. Not happy

First off, they charge a minimum of 3 hours. If the job only takes an hour you're still getting charged for 3! Which is bull crap. We had them come out to fix our hydraulic unit which stays cool...
