History

Yoga Tree Wellness Center held it's first class on March 21st, 2018 in our new space. The owner, Debra Smith-Andersen, had previously been offering classes and personal training in a small studio in her home as well as teaching at the Rec Plex, private homes and Aurora Hospital. We are so excited to be a place where people can gather and grow as CommUNITY!

Yoga Tree Wellness Center is Kenosha's newest and only Yoga + Aerial AND Fitness studio. We are a CommUNITY of people who are committed to strengthening our Mind, Body & Spirits! We have a variety of classes and teachers and it is our mission to make Yoga & Fitness accessible and affordable for ALL! We are not your typical yoga or fitness studio. Our classes and teaching style are unique. We recognize that our Mind, Bodies and Spirits are integrated into who we are and our classes reflect that. We emphasize and take the time to teach you how to align your spine, focusing on your breath and activating the proper muscles versus just going through motions of poses or exercises.
