Ever wonder why Eau Claire became the biggest city in the Northwoods? Who were the Lumberjacks? What were their lives like? Was Paul Bunyan a real person? WLM invites you to step back in time and find out for yourself! Explore the Paul Bunyan Logging Camp, a replica 1890 camp. Visit the Museum to see logs older than the Declaration of Independence. Strap some “butter” on your feet and skate across one of Paul Bunyan’s frying pans.
