Wilma's Cakes LLC was Founded and Started in 2018. We opened our in home, order only, gluten free bakery in June. Our owner Sabrina attended culinary school in Colorado then worked as head baker for 3 years for a small family owed specialty bakery where she learned how to accommodate other dietary restrictions besides gluten free
