Willow Mill Campsite , located on 120 acres of pristine land , was once the site of a Rio water - powered flour mill . It is now the site of a 40 - acre , man - made , spring - fed lake . Running throughout the length of the campground is the famous Jennings Trout Stream , where you can catch both Brown and Brook Trout .
