In her free time, Dr. Eccles-Rotar enjoys spending time with her family, which includes a son and a daughter, two cats, and one English bulldog. She likes to exercise regularly; she started doing triathlons in medical school and now bikes and swims with a master’s group. She also does some running since having hip surgery. In addition, she likes reading, gardening, and art. As a family, they like to travel with favorites being California as she and her husband have a lot of family there. Before kids, she and her husband enjoyed traveling to Europe while working as the Team Physician for the US Triathlon and Duathlon team at the world championships.
