Waterproof.com LLC designs, manufactures, and distributes state-of-the-art basement waterproofing products, based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Our goal is to help contractors establish market leadership. Upon joining, Contractors receive our comprehensive Business Builder Program, which includes everything they need to grow their business. We maintain a full service in-house ad agency, capable of producing customized full color literature or multi media programs. We have been in the industry for 25 years and we are dedicated to the success and development of our members. October 1965 Robert Cotten filed for a patent on his Beaver Basement Water Control System and in October 1967 Patent 3, 344, 569 was granted. By 1977, Bob Cotten developed a national network of contracted installers of his Beaver Basement Water Control Systems. In the early 70's I started work for my father, installing the Beaver systems by day and selling systems in the evenings. I now have over 25 years experience in basement waterproofing with 19 years of marketing experience through selling our products in national home centers, 15 years experience in direct marketing, and 12 years experience in product development.
