History

Dr. Todd Schneider began his practice in 1972 and in 1986 he merged with Dr. Davis & Dr. Ehrhardt of the Beaver Dam Eye Clinic to form the Waupun Eye Clinic. The clinic was located at 10 Beaver Dam Street and in January of 2010 they moved to their new location on Gateway Drive. In 2006 the corporate name changed to Vita Park Eye Associates to form one unifying identity. Dr. Cory Springstroh was welcomed as the new Optometrist for the Waupun clinic in July 2010 and Dr. Todd Schneider retired in April of 2012. Our Ophthalmologist Dr. Castillo and Dr. Wilkins and our Optometrist Dr. Springstroh and Dr. Hendrix invite you to come see us at our state of the art facility. Vita Park Eye Associates is proud to be an ongoing part of the Waupun community.
