The varsity is a small bar with maybe eight tables and bar service. The bar food is very good. I highly recommend it. The bartenders are extremely responsive to your requests.

We have never been and live nearby so we thought we'd give it a shot. We came for the food, didn't really look at the menu beforehand. Walk-in, it's what you'd expect. Typical Wisconsin dive bar....

Excellent pizza, and decent service. Typical Wisconsin dive bar feel and I'm here for it. It does get pretty busy, so prepare yourself for that.
