they are very efficient. I've never had a problem. Kim does a great job. She knows exactly what to use on my nails and I've always had a great pedicure, no matter who did it.

Scheduled appointments are pointless. You will sit and wait and not even be spoken to. Overall space is pretty dirty, flys everywhere. Would not recommend.
