I also found the postmaster very rude and mostly unavailable. The staff person who answers the phone was very helpful and polite. The handicap parking is 1/2 a block from the entry. Nonhandicapped...

The staff his polite and courteous but the postmaster was exceptionally short and rude. Sacrificing service for efficiency isn't going to win them any new customers.
