Place is pretty amazing and has everything that you need for your move-in conveniences. The workers are very nice and gentle and they're always ready to help you whatever you need from them....

The workers are incompetent and they have policies that grossly favor the company over fairness to the customer

These uneducated workers will tell you one thing and then expect another. Wouldn't go back it was my first time renting U-Haul and felt like they took advantage of me.

I checked web page and it said they are open until 5 PM. I planned my trip to get there by 4:26 PM to refill my RV propane tank. I went in and they told me they don't sell propane after 4:00 PM....
